Conference scheduled June 12-16, 2017, at the Radisson Hotel, 605 East Broadway Avenue, Bismarck, ND.

Dinner Options:

Chicken Parmesan – boneless chicken breast in herbed bread crumbs topped with mozzarella cheese and served on a bed of linguine and marinara sauce.

Northwoods Chicken – from the woodlands of our neighbors in northern Minnesota exotic mushrooms, wild rice, fresh herbs and pancetta make up the base for this earthly stuffing wrapped inside of a free range chicken breast.

Roast beef served with au jus sauce and include: tossed green salad with house dressing, choice of potato, vegetable, and dessert.

Sirloin served with au jus sauce and include: tossed green salad with house dressing, choice of potato, vegetable, and dessert.
